We are seeking a fulltime Protective Concierge (Security Officer) to join our team. You are a technology focused person who has excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities & Duties: As Protective Concierge, you will interact with the client, scholars, students, and members of the public in a highly visible role providing professional information services whilst ensuring the safety and security of people and assets. As the primary liaison point, the Protective Concierge will be responsible for accurate and timely response to all enquiries and developing operational efficiencies to improve performance. Function room set-up, emergency management assistance, facility bookings, and general administrative responsibilities will combine to underpin a diverse service standard presented by you daily.
