Join a leading company specialising in sterilisation and decontamination solutions as a Quality and Compliance Coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in upholding biosecurity and regulatory standards.
This is a temporary position that offers full-time day shift hours during a critical period for the business.
Key Responsibilities Order Management:Accurately book orders into the warehouse management system for treatment.Coordinate product flow efficiently through the treatment process with precise documentation and system updates.Documentation and Review:Review treated products against accompanying paperwork to ensure all treatment and compliance requirements are met.Maintain accurate records to support regulatory and quality standards.Biosecurity Compliance:Adhere strictly to biosecurity protocols, including ICA-55 requirements.Support and enhance biosecurity processes for flawless protocol execution.Projects:Participate in quality and compliance projects, including system updates and process improvements.Set up product dose maps per specifications, retrieve and analyse dosimeters and samples, and document validation processes.What We're Looking For Previous Quality Assurance experience in a similar role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., biosecurity and ICA-55).Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.Proactive approach to improving processes and ensuring compliance.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $31.23.Be part of a team that is dedicated to quality, safety, and innovation.If you're ready to contribute to meaningful work in a thriving industry, we'd love to hear from you!
