Encouraging 'outside the square' thinking, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to join a top performing Director who has a strong desire to bring about a new level of service in the industry. The Role You will be involved in the servicing of a high-end, well-managed portfolio of 120 properties with plenty of support. Working Monday – Friday, and every second Saturday, you will be responsible for: Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes Ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections Repairs and maintenance Processing applications Lease sign ups Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate: A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License Prior experience in Real Estate is advantageous Exceptional organisational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills Confident & hard working individual with a can-do attitude The Benefits: Join a NATIONALLY recognised brand!
