Location:Department of Health currently has a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Property Consultant to join the Accommodation Services team, part of the Department's Infrastructure Services division, based in Hobart.
The role: Contributes to the delivery of property services for the Department of Health (DoH) by:
Ensuring the acquisition, leasing, and disposal of real estate is in accordance with Government requirements, providing whole of Agency value and meeting client needs.Supporting the development and implementation of contemporary property practices and procedures in a Government context for the Agency.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.
Details of Appointment: Permanent full-time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.
*Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or fixed-term full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies. Salary: $104,756 - $118,730 per annum.
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
