Project Scheduler

Convergence Consulting is a Canberra-based company specialising in the delivery of complex programmes, organisational transformation and integrated scheduling capabilities.
We provide these professional services to the Commonwealth Government with a strong culture of project management excellence.We are seeking expressions of interest for a Project Scheduler with extensive experience in various delivery frameworks to undertake project scheduling work within a Digital Portfolio Management Office.This role requires expertise in pulling data from different project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project and even Kanban boards to provide a cohesive and accurate portfolio view of project timelines and progress.
The Scheduler will work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and other key team members to produce and maintain the schedule.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and consolidate detailed project schedules from a variety of digital projects within the portfolio;Provide regular reporting on project status, milestones and critical path, highlighting risks and potential delays;Facilitate schedule-related meetings and discussions to ensure clarity on project timelines, scope changes and dependencies;Support the Portfolio Manager in reporting and decision-making by providing accurate, real-time schedule data.This role requires a minimum AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.This role is a hybrid working arrangement with the ability to work from Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.
