Location: Darwin Status: Full-time About the RoleAre you passionate about supporting Indigenous land and sea management in the Arnhem region? If so, we want to hear from you! The project officer will support the management of Aboriginal ranger programs, IPA projects, and other regional land and sea management priorities across our working on country ranger program.This position will contribute to the delivery of various Caring for Country (CFC) programs and will assist ranger groups to develop and implement annual work plans, as well as resolve daily operational challenges, and fulfil reporting requirements. The Northern Land Council (NLC) was established 50 years ago under the Aboriginal Land Rights (NT) Act in 1976, to assist Aboriginal people in the Top End of the NT to acquire and manage their traditional lands, waters and seas.
