They have an immediate requirement for a top-notch civil PROJECT MANAGER to join their business in Perth on permanent basis, to lead these types of technical civil projects. About the Role Working as PROJECT MANAGER , you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to fully manage your projects in the metro region typically working 7.00am to 5.30pm weekdays. You will be a critical cog in the management team leading teams of specialist personnel to execute contracts for clients that may include; Water Corporation, PTA, private land developers, local councils, and other head civil contractors on major projects. As PROJECT MANAGER , you will take responsibility for the overall commercial success of projects and for hitting all key deliverables of cost, time, quality and safety. As well as leading project and site teams, you will manage the client interface to nurture long-standing relationships. This role will suit a seasoned PROJECT MANAGER who is a Civil Engineering graduate with around 5-15 years post-graduate experience ideally on complex civil infrastructure projects valued up to $5m such as those listed above; micro-tunnelling, pipe-jacking, pipelines, sewer lines, drainage etc. This company can offer stable, long-term employment as well as a terrific remuneration package CIRCA $160K Base + Super, Vehicle, phone and laptop . Experience, Qualifications and Other Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering 5-15 years' of civil construction experience as PROJECT MANAGER /Senior Project Engineer for civil contractors in Australia Previous experience on micro-tunnelling, pipe-jacking, pipelines, sewer lines and drainage civil projects while working for Civil Contractors in Australia Commercially savvy and contractually astute Currently Perth metro based, or able to relocate within 4 weeks.
