Australasian Retail Projects is a leading National Project Management / Shopfitting Company based in Keilor Park with major national retail clients across Australia and New Zealand.
We are currently searching for a Project Manager to join our team.
The Role To work closely with our clients to facilitate delivery of their projects from tender & pre-construction through to handover and defect liability.
Critical to the role are:
Strong relationship building skillsExceptional communication skills both written and verbalHigh level of organisational and time management skillsAbility to interpret scope of works & design documentationHigh attention to detailResponsibilities Liaising with clients regarding upcoming schedule, projects in pipeline and projects underwayWorking with estimating team to compile project tenderTender submissions and relationship management in winning workWorking with Project Coordinators so documentation & purchase orders are administered to all partiesWorking with Construction Management team to deliver on site, on time, within budgetProject audit on completion for learnings and optimization of future projectsRequirements Seeking candidates with Project Management experience and a track record of success, including:
Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience in the shopfitting industryIn-depth knowledge of Project Management principlesExperience in preparing tender documents and managing the tender processAttention to detail and pride in your workAttributes Above all we're looking for good people to join the team and add to our already outstanding culture.
