We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in an established and rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, initiate, facilitate, and coordinate day to day project activities in alignment with the project scope and deliverables. Develop project plans from business, technical and functional requirements – including authoring project approval submissions. Create and maintain project documentation as needed (like issue/action registers, meeting minutes, progress reports). Ensure project team members remain aligned with project goals and objectives. Manage and contribute to effective resource allocation, forecasting future resource needs based on project and program plans and/or pipeline and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress and identify and escalate risks and issues where required to ensure project transparency. Communicate with key senior stakeholders regarding the status of project timelines, tasks, and issues. This can include leading steering committees relevant to larger projects. Key Skills: Experience with Payroll, HR or Workforce Management software and implementation (like Cornerstone, Dayforce, Kronos, PageUp, Success Factors, Oracle, PayGlobal, Chris21, ADP, Workday or similar) is highly desirable. Proven experience demonstrating responsibility for the project management of IT projects of multiple projects. Sound knowledge of formal project management methodologies. Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and resources. Experience managing enterprise level software implementation projects. Carry out tasks autonomously with high attention to detail. Demonstrable ability to operate independently across multiple tasks. A flexible, adaptable, and creative approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient organisational and time management with an ability to meet and deliver to deadlines. Problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to travel to client site. What we offer?
