Right now we are looking for a new Project Manager to join the team to deliver a new $50m retail hub in the Ipswich area. The ideal candidate has a few projects under their belt as a Project Manager delivering retail projects and has the ability to both lead and mentor. Your sites will always be well supported and well resourced.

Their typical projects are between $20m and $80m and are often in education, health, retail, defence, and other government institutions.
To be successful you will have the following:
Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered)Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid-tier or upper-tier Construction Company.Retail project experienceD&C Project experienceAbility to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisorsCommercially astuteTendering experience (for future projects)In return, this company will provide the successful candidate with:
