Anglicare are currently seeking to hire 2 Project Managers to join our Project Management Office based in Fortitude Valley.

Both roles will be hired as 12 Month Contracts.

The overall purpose of the Project Manager is to plan and lead the delivery of projects through all stages including scoping, initiating, planning, executing and close out (including support hand over and benefit realisation) in accordance with all governance framework and reporting requirements. The project portfolio includes a diverse range of projects that focus on service design, models of care, technology and business services.

Your role in supporting Anglicare will include:
Work within Project Management framework and templates to achieve project outcomesDevelop and maintain schedules, scope and costs throughout the projectCollaborate with SMEs, vendors and key stakeholders to understand and plan complexitiesIdentify and manage risk, issues and opportunities; apply mitigation/realisation strategies to minimise impact and consequencesEstablish performance outcomes and measures for key project goals and defines monitoring, status reporting and communication requirementsEfficient and effective project delivery that also seeks efficiency and effectiveness across projects to enhance outcomes for the organisationFacilitate and support workshops, with a broad cross-section of stakeholders including project working groups, testing, and training requirementsReview deliverability of resourcing, governance, procedures and financial estimatesEnsure documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and completeUnderstands the strategic direction in the context of own area of expertiseDisplays an in-depth knowledge of technology and systems relevant to own work to meet service delivery expectationsWhat you will bring to the role:Experience in a Project Manager role using project management methodologies, tools and practicesRelevant experience delivering projects within the aged or healthcare industry (desired)Demonstrated experience implementing, enhancing and upgrading commercial off the shelf software (COTS) and related technologiesExperience in business case development, planning all aspects, developing plans, schedules, budgets, scope, managing issues & risks and monitoring & reporting progress.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and techniques i.e., PMBOK, Prince2, AgileEvidence of the ability to embed change and realise project benefitsConfident in working in a complex organisation and building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and service delivery partnersSuccessful candidates will also need to be able to provide a National police Check and Drivers License.
