Programmed Maintenance Services – Tamworth NSW
Programmed's Property Services department is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our painting business in Tamworth, NSW. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be accountable for managing and budgeting all staff materials and equipment on each project, ensuring that projects are working towards a safe, successful and profitable conclusion and to the customer's satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Painter to take a step into a leadership position, an existing Project Manager to step into a fulfilling career with Programmed or a self-employed Painter to join a stable business.

Key Responsibilities Managing, budgeting and organising staff materials and equipmentOversee staff and ensure teams are on track to complete each projectDevelop and maintain rapport with clients, liaising with them to complete worksEnsuring our teams are understanding the scope of projectsOrganising site inductionsAny other duties as directed by our Branch ManagerAbout You To join our team, you will have experience as a Painter or Project Manager and a strong commitment to Programmed's values. Ideally, you will want to grow a long-term career with Programmed.
Additionally, you will have:
Prior experience managing sites and managing stakeholder relationshipsTrade qualification in Painting and Decorating, desired but not requiredCurrent Driver's LicenseExperience working as part of a teamAbility to pass a police clearance and full medical including D&AAny further tickets/trade qualifications would be advantageousA strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systemsWork With Us Join us on our mission to build outstanding people, strong customers and great communities.
