Project Manager

ResponsibilitiesPlanning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget across the full project life cycle.
This includes the acquisition of resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.Preparation and implementation of Project Management Plan for all phases of the project.Manage the day-to-day project activities, resources, and project budgets.Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
Monitor, track, and control project outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.Liaison with authorities and utility agencies to obtain project approvals.Preparation of fee proposals for new projects and contract variations that may span multiple disciplines both within and external to the company.Adoption, promotion, and adherence to the company's Quality Management (QMS) and Work Health & Safety (WHS) Systems.Skills and ExpertiseBachelor of Engineering (Those with a background in Civil, Construction, Planning, and Survey are also encouraged to apply).4+ years experience in project management.Strong technical and commercial acumen.Excellent understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Be self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.Employee BenefitsProfessional development, mentoring, and coaching.A range of flexible work options.Community days and cultural celebrations.Access to innovative technology.Employee assistance program.Annual performance appraisal and learning & development plans.Regular team building activities, social activities, and team sports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
