The role Digital61 requires a project manager to manage projects across multiple clients, including federal government and commercial entities.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Execution: Manage project execution, ensuring that tasks are completed according to plan, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify and address potential issues or risks, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including team members, budget, and materials.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.What You Bring Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully across various industries or sectors.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.Skills Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) is preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating and guiding project teams.Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a team environment to solve complex business problems.Clearance Requirements To be considered for the role, you must meet the following criteria:
