Project Manager - Hvac

Job Description Our Client Up and coming Brisbane based HVAC & Mechanical Contractor are seeking a Project Manager to join the team. The role would suit a Junior candidate looking to grow with a business and learn new skills including estimating. Alternatively, a more experienced candidate would fit in well too. Someone able to implement processes learned during their career. They carry out new build and fit out projects up to $1m in value, including retail, healthcare, sports & leisure, education and more. In the next year they are looking to push these projects to the $2m mark and beyond. The Role & Responsibilities Project Management of mechanical and air-conditioning services, from commencement to completion, ensuring that each project is delivered within the nominated timeframe, and that costing & financial budgets are adhered to. Attend project site coordination meetings, identifying project variances, implementing corrective actions & provide subsequent project reporting. Project scheduling; resources, staffing (project supervisors), subcontractors, and logistics. Maintain high standards of site safety, complying with all relevant local legal regulations.
