As a project manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple projects of different scopes.
Your primary focus will be on software implementation projects and communicating with stakeholders at various levels to deliver the project and provide exceptional customer service. Deliver projects to the agreed cost, time, scope, quality, and security constraints whilst following internal governance processes and principlesHave a strong customer delivery focusBe responsible and accountable for the full end to end project delivery and lifecycleNavigate the intricacies and difficulties associated with complex projectsExcel in relationship building with our customers, managing stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates ensuring customer satisfactionPrepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholdersPrepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and records guaranteeing precision, completeness, and accessibilityPlan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate toolsRequirementsWhat you will do to be successful in this roleExtensive experience working as a vendor Project Manager and implementing on the external customer sideExperience in managing projects with significant system integration and data migration componentsExperience in working in a distributed team environment, managing remote, offshore, and cross-functional teamsExperience working in highly regulated industries with experience in the Health domain advantageousCertified PRINCE2 practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent practical experienceAbility to work in both Agile and Waterfall PM methodsExcellent communication and influencing skillsWe really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
