Project Manager - Developer (Apts)

Our client is one of Melbourne's industry-leading specialists in luxury residential development. They have an enviable track record of award-winning developments over the past 20+ years. With a secure development pipeline, they are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team and closely manage the delivery of a 200+ apartment pipeline.

The Role Working closely with the Senior Development Manager, this role will have responsibility for hands-on project management of a 200+ apartment development which is about to start construction early next year. This role will typically drive developments post-town planning through to settlement with a focus on high attention to detail and ensuring optimum quality.

About You It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset & experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field Proven track record in delivery of residential developments on the Eastern seaboard Ability to demonstrate end-to-end management of developments from design to completion Strong interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence High attention to detail and passion for high-end residential development Ideally you will have worked in a PM role for a developer previously but those from PM consultancy will also be considered What's on Offer This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning development group where you will deliver an enviable pipeline of high-end, design-focused residential developments.
