You will have a high degree of responsibility over the course of the project lifecycle and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver project outcomes efficiently and to the highest standard.You will work closely with the Senior Project manager supporting across multiple projects.
You will enjoy managing stakeholders and supporting across design management, managing package of works, procurement and appointing subcontractors, and will play an integral role in ensuring all team members work together to meet objectives.You will be the go-to person for:Ensuring projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered to meet budget and quality expectationsManaging stakeholders - your team members, the client, subcontractors and other relevant personnelEstablishing strong working relationships with delivery partners to ensure relevant scopes of work are in accordance with requirements of the package of worksManaging all aspects of project delivery, including design management, from concept to delivery stageOverseeing procurement planning and execution - RFIs, tendering, analysing, recommending, and awardingIdentifying and managing construction risks, ensuring safe sites and escalating issues when requiredMaintaining regular meetings and reports to ensure projects are on track.The skills and experience you'll bringAre you a passionate project management professional with the motivation to deliver top-quality solutions and to motivate your team to do the same?
