Significant time in the role will be around engaging with the teams and ensuring that project design and delivery is focused on complying with and meeting operational day to day requirements in design, delivery and finalisation of the project  About Capital at Monash Health  The Project Manger role encompasses planning and delivery of major refurbishments and capital development projects across multiple Monash Health sites being led by Monash Health and the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA). Project activities include the coordination of partner planning and liaison, tendering and appointment of consultants, oversight of detailed design and tender documentation, tendering of building works and management of the consultant project team and the building contractor, and liaison with the project stakeholders to achieve budgetary, programme and project objectives. Key projects currently being delivered by the Capital Projects team include:  The Kingston Residential Aged Care project ($134.6m) a 150 bed new residential aged care facility located on the Kingston Centre site  The Cranbourne and Pakenham Community Hospitals, located at Cranbourne and Pakenham respectively.
