You will be working closely with the Site Engineer, Senior Project Engineer and Construction Manager.In this position, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design of complex packages, whilst managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.RequirementsOver 4 years experience within the construction industryDegree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)Experience on large scale construction projects preferredExperience managing or working on services package, preferred but not requiredExtensive previous on-site construction delivery experienceClear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally as well as lead and mentor intermediate engineersPrior Defence project experience would be beneficial but not essentialBenefits of working at Lendlease:We are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
