The client operates manufacturing and distribution facilities in South Australia, the Northern Territory, and New South Wales.The current project involves the installation of new grinding circuits and a raw material storage system.
Key upgrades include two ball mill grinding circuits, each with a capacity of 100 tph, and six finished product silos with a combined capacity of 3,200 tonnes.
A new conveyor system will transport bulk raw materials from Fremantle Port Authority's Kwinana Bulk Terminal directly onto the site, with materials stored in a new 110,000-tonne shed.The expansion aims to improve energy efficiency and operator productivity through advanced plant automation.
Modern technology, including sensors and cameras, will be used to automate material movements and operational tasks, minimising downtime and reducing the need for manual intervention.
The facility will also be designed to accommodate future expansion to meet growing market demand.
Job Description The key responsibilities of this role are;
Oversee all project documentation in In-Eight (TeamBinder), ensuring system integrity, accurate formatting, and version control.Act as gatekeeper for the EDMS, managing document uploads, revisions, and transmittal's.Support project and contractor teams to maintain documentation standards through construction, commissioning, and handover phases.System Administration:Administer In-Eight and manage user profiles, security groups, and system settings.Configure and update system procedures and documentation as needed.Assign and manage Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses and handle IT setup for new starters.Work flow and Approvals:Manage approval work flows for NCRs, RFIs, and Project Change Notices.Coordinate review processes, track overdue reviews, and ensure timely completion.Documentation and Reporting:Provide weekly status reports for the Correspondence and Forms Register.Maintain contractor folders on shared drives and follow up on documentation issues.Project Support:Administer Project SharePoint and manage KWUP Distribution Matrix.Support HSE Manager with SWMS, Risk Register, and HSE documentation compliance.Assist Commercial Manager with tender documentation and manage the KWUP Tenders Inbox.Training and Assistance:Provide system support and training for project personnel and contractors.Act as point of contact for document control queries and system administration issues. The Successful Applicant The Successful candidate will have the following skills;
InEight experience (Teambinder).Microsoft Operating System.Minimum 5 year's experience document control.Previous exposure to construction projects/environments.High attention to detail.Excellent problem solving skills.Personable and ability to work within a diverse team.Ability to work autonomously at a high level.
