The Operations team provide support and coaching across administration, compliance, technical assistance, and business processes. They are dedicated and passionate about delivering outstanding experience and seeing our brokers succeed. The teams work closely with our network to ensure the smooth running of their franchise businesses and support them in achieving process improvements and enhancements.
What The Role Is All About The Operations Transformation Team is responsible for running end to end transformation projects across both onshore and offshore operations teams. We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Delivery Lead to lead and oversee critical initiatives within our organisation's transformation efforts. This role will be pivotal in driving change, optimising processes, and achieving strategic objectives through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
End to end management and delivery of transformation projects including identification, benefits of change analysis, scope, set up, management of streams, delivery to hand over to BAU Become the SME in your project/stream deeply understanding current state, to be state and the steps to get there.
Set up and run streams, stream meetings, steer co meetings and manage through matrixed approach outcomes from stakeholders outside of project team
Manage project tracking and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, flaws, and improvement opportunities.
Utilise best practices and technological advancements to recommend and implement process automation and optimisation strategies.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations and reports that communicate project analyses, productivity metrics, and success measures to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication across departments to understand the impact of process changes, monitor operations, and proactively mitigate risks.
Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations to achieve project objectives and enhance business performance.
Prepare and present project status updates, findings, and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
