Key Responsibilities: Coordinate pre-construction activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to review plans and specifications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Oversee procurement processes for materials and services.Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.Analyse sales data and market trends to support strategy refinement.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in project or pre-construction coordination. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Sound knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
