The Project Coordinator is accountable for the timely delivery of effective and efficient administrative and project support for the Project Delivery team.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Delivery team.
In this role, you will ensure effective and efficient administrative and general project support, contributing to the smooth execution of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, managing action items, and assisting in the development of project plans, programs, and milestones.
You will also be responsible for coordinating events and workshops, managing purchase orders, tracking payments, facilitating contractors' access, and coordinating site tours.
Additionally, you will assist with the documentation of information from external consultants and technical representatives, maintain document control, and support the development and implementation of stakeholder and community management plans.
Your role will involve collaborating across the business to ensure project alignment and overseeing the administrative activities of the team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, effective organisational and multitasking skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Essential Satisfactory completion of secondary schooling to tertiary acceptance standard; Experience in an Administrative or Project role; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook applications, Desktop Publishing; Sound knowledge of office procedures and systems; Experience in reporting; Experience in managing multiple activities in an operating environment.
Desirable Knowledge of Construction / Project Management; Quality Assurance of tenders and contracts; Experience with project management principles/support and/or contracts administration; Experience within an airport environment or similar; Experience in liaison with a diverse range of stakeholders.
