Position PurposeThis role is vital to ensuring a seamless deployment of SAP Cloud solutions, including SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and Workforce Software, enabling the organization to achieve overall business transformation.
Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Coordination: Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and schedules. Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project updates. Prepare regular project progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management. Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, risks, and issues.Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for project-related inquiries. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the project manager and relevant stakeholders. Facilitate regular meetings (such as project kick-offs, updates, and reviews) and follow up on action items.Risk and Issue Management: Monitor project risks and escalate issues to the project manager as necessary. Assist in implementing mitigation strategies for identified risks. Track project dependencies and anticipate potential roadblocks.Resource Management: Ensure that all team members have the resources and tools required to complete their tasks. Assist in managing project budgets and ensure that expenditures are tracked accurately.Quality Control: Ensure that project outcomes meet organizational standards and expectations. Assist in quality assurance reviews and make recommendations for improvements.Stakeholder Engagement: Support the identification and management of key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Gather and document feedback from stakeholders to improve project processes.Other Duties: Support any ad hoc tasks or activities related to project management as needed.
