What you'll do: Provide mentoring, leadership, support and guidance to the Project Controls Team and responsible for the project control processes development, enhancements, management and oversight for all projects across the Operations Portfolio.
Oversee and support project controllers with Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), including Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Cost Risk Analysis (CRA) for the Operations Portfolio.
Establish reporting and be responsible for maintaining a reporting cycle across the Operations Portfolio that integrates schedule, cost and risk across projects, programs and the portfolio on a monthly basis.
Facilitate, assist and support the Project Manager with project time, cost, risk and contingency management (planning, utilisation and monitoring).
Provide assurance on the performance and assurance of project risk/issue/change registers, schedules, cost and reporting data.
What we are looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management.
Demonstrated experience in leading a project controls team and managing multi-disciplinary teams, in a complex project environment with strong people management and leadership skills.
Extensive demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining and overseeing project/program cost, time and risk (preferably across a portfolio of projects), including reporting requirements with extensive knowledge of project controls methods and techniques.
Experience in program management with in-depth experience in project time and cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking and claim assessment.
High proficiency in management systems including Primavera P6, MS Project, Deltek (Acumen Fuse), D365 and Power BI and familiarity with risk management software.
