Brisbane CBD The Role The Project Document Administrator will provide quality project administration support services to Project Managers, Superintendents and Superintendent's Representatives in the Construction space.
You will be responsible for:
Management of document control and administration support to Project Managers and Superintendent Rep's. Project work request and project number creation. Maintenance of records and files, and reconciliation and closure of projects. Entering and maintaining forecast and approved project budgets, alongside regular review/audit of system data to identify inaccuracies. Review and validation of contractor's transmittals and follow up contractors to resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy. Prepare accurate ad hoc program reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Monthly billing activities, including review of unbilled costs, checking of final and draft billing files, investigating and resolving billing issues, distribution supporting documents to contractors. You The successful candidate will have a strong administration background. You will have the following key competencies:
12 months + experience in a Project Administration or Document Control role within the construction industry or similar Microsoft Suite experience including Excel Able to work within critical timeframes Excellent Communication skills Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (eg: in Ellipse, Aconex and Microsoft Office) Apply To be considered for this position, please apply below with your CV and cover letter in Microsoft Word format.
