Our Commonwealth Government client is seeking to engage a senior leader at the EL2 or SES Band 1 level to conduct a review of the implementation of a pilot program.
The candidate will collate and analyse all available data and develop a written report for the department's consideration.
An initial labour hire contract of up to 12 weeks in length is anticipated, with the possibility of extension.
Candidates should be available to work full-time from Canberra CBD (with some flexible working arrangements available) Please note: o nly Australian citizens with an ability to obtain and maintain Baseline security clearance can be considered for this role.
Duties Conducting end-to-end delivery of the review of a pilot program.
Conducting workshops, interviews and surveys with relevant stakeholders on the implementation of the pilot, and all logistics for these activities.
Assessing the legislative and policy requirements of the program, and their effectiveness in supporting the outcomes of the program.
Analysis of the key transition points (EOIs, applications and enrolments).
Analysis of formally and informally reported data and feedback.
Scope of the Review Analyse the benefits accrued so far.
Evaluate implementation by pilot participants and any lessons learned.
Review program settings, including course requirements and loan eligibility.
Propose up to three alternative delivery options for the program.
Requisite Skills/Experience Demonstrated experience in government evaluation, policy and program implementation.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent review and report writing abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work as a senior leader and collaborate effectively with department staff.
Background in education, particularly higher education, is highly beneficial.
