Spanning metropolitan, regional and remote community pharmacies, Wellness clinics are designed to take the patient through their health journey from beginning to end without ever stepping outside the pharmacy.About the Role:We are looking for a Professional Services Coordinator to work collaboratively with Key Account Managers and Territory Managers in the delivery of Wellness clinics across the country.
This role will assist in the management of end-to-end clinic requests including sourcing suitably qualified nurses, ordering equipment and closing clinics out.
This role will be well suited to an admin pro with an eye for detail, exceptional time management skills and the genuine desire to make a difference in the healthcare community.Role & Responsibilities:Provide administrative support in the delivery of attendance reports, campaign schedules and clinic forecastsManage equipment orders, including postage to pharmacies and nursesEnsure customer and patient data integrity and securitySupport the development, testing, deployment and training for any new systems introduced to the business and/or clientsSkills and Experience:Project Management experience in community and/or primary health desirable, though not criticalHealthcare professional and/or patient education experience desirable, though not criticalExceptional communication skillsetAbility to manage multiple priorities; time management and problem-solving skillsBenefits and Perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
