Navy Strength Ice Co. is looking for a Production Team Member to join the Navy Strength Ice Co. crew. Our motto is 'People before Drinks', we are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering every product and experience with authenticity and unwavering attention to detail.About the Role and Requirements:You will ultimately be responsible for the end-to-end process of ice production, care, packaging and deliveries and have the opportunity to have creative involvement in all ice projects. At times you will be working in a cold and wet environment. You are well-organised, careful and methodical in your approach.  You will be committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, with great attention to detail and it would be beneficial if you have an understanding of the cocktail-making process, and the key role ice plays within that.You are 'hands-on', and have a solid understanding of the use of hand tools, power tools, and other machinery. A background in a trade would be highly desirable.
