Why join Holcim? * Overtime and weekend work offers real earning potential * Full training provided on equipment, systems and procedures * A close knit team on site backed by an inclusive culture company wide * The chance to contribute to building some of Australia's most iconic infrastructure Duties and responsibilities: * Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times * Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes * Allocating and assigning loads to drivers * Stock management and coordination of deliveries * Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance * Yard maintenance and front end loader operation * Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products About you: * Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised, * Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture * Be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and is results focused * Have effective communication skills and work under pressure * Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position * Driver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader or forklift competency an advantage * Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening Why join Holcim?
