This will be achieved by implementing systems and processes that provide the skills, capabilities, and management to bring about the required organization changeEnsure that production plans are adhered to within the manufacturing functionsLead continuous improvement towards world best practice in waste, quality and throughput utilizing standard applications of TPM, 5S and centre-liningDevelop a supportive, proactive work culture with cross training and succession planning to solidify long term sustainabilityImplement continuous improvement methodologies to improve production.Ensure production meets specified customer quality standards at all timesOversee all administrative functions eg payroll, to be completed in an accurate and timely mannerWe are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
