Production Manager

ABOUT THE COMPANY Core Talent are working alongside a large family known company who specialize in major infrastructure projects, bulk earthworks, sewer and water & roadworks. Due to fast growth they are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join there team ABOUT THE ROLE In your new role you will be responsible for long, medium and short term production planning to meet customer demand and quality requirements within the framework of the quarry development plan and available resources. DUTIES Develop a detailed budget daily and product level cost of production targets Plan quarry and process operation across Townsville sites Maintain a 3 month drill and blast schedule with detailed layout, volumes, supplier availability, and optimize costings Manage each drill and blast from planning to execution with a focus on ensuring compliance and best value operations Create and maintain a detailed maintenance plan for all site plant and equipment Develop, monitor and maintain safety systems, production planning and production rates Schedule and coordinate resources and plant across the quarry to meet production targets and deadlines. Completion of production reports Ensure production is tested inline with the provided ITP's Work with the sales and technical team to drive customer satisfaction and compliance SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience as a Production manager or similar Knowledge of the industry and safety regulations Ability to identify and resolve issues Previous experience working in construction BENEFITS Opportunity to join one of North Queensland's leading companies Competitive salary package Security of a permanent role HOW TO APPLY Click APPLY or contact Keeley on for a confidential discussion.
