With a busy production and assembly line, our factory in Myaree is is a high volume steel framing producer. We are currently looking for a Production Manager to lead the day to day management of our factory. This includes the planning of manufacturing activity as it relates to safety, output, cost, labour, materials, and plant. About the opportunity:Responsibilities include:Leading our workforce to ensure the maintenance of a safe working environment for all;Managing our production team to ensure BBS production targets are achieved;Manage and implement manufacturing methods that improve performance and customer satisfaction;Ensure manufactured product meets quality and specification requirements;Prepare production reports as agreed and required by management;Manage the recruitment of factory staff to ensure alignment with production requirements;Assist in the implementation and management of continual improvement projects;Support GM in the ongoing development of the business plan and forecasting.
