We are looking for 2 Leading Hands to take up position in our brand-new Packing Facility on a Wednesday to Saturday roster.
This role is a PERFECT entry into leadership.

Key Accountabilities of the Role: Operate a range of packing machines in accordance with daily orders.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order and available for use when required.
Report all issues to the Packing Supervisor.
Assist with cleaning and housekeeping activities.
Perform higher duties in the absence of the Packing Supervisor.
Assist the Packing Supervisor to manage workloads through supervision and delegation.
The successful candidate will have: Good planning and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
High attention to detail.
Dedication and appetite for growth.
Previous warehouse packing experience as an advantage.
