Due to their continued success and increasing client expansion, they are looking for a Production Coordinator for an immediate start in their operation based in Perth.

Position overview As the Production Coordinator for our production line, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
What you'll do Develop and implement production schedules and allocate tasks for the manufacturing line, ensuring timelines are met.
Coordinate raw materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
Identify inefficiencies in the production process and implement strategies for continuous improvement in throughput and quality.
Act as the central point of communication between production, procurement, quality assurance, and shipping departments.
Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Monitor key performance metrics such as productivity, output quality, and delivery timelines, preparing reports for management.
What you'll bring to the table Ideally possesses a trade background, with proven leadership skills Experience in a similar position in the Manufacturing/Fabrication sectors Ability to understand production workflow, schedules, and priorities to ensure team efficiency Must have a keen eye for process flow improvements and materials layout to improve efficiencies and minimise time wasted Flexible approach to tasks with a willingness to contribute across the board to achieve required outcomes Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles would be preferred but not essential What's in it for you?
