YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELLThe Production Coordinator is embedded in Hogarth's Content team that is located in Port Melbourne, Victoria.
The Production Coordinator is an entry-level role providing a great professional opportunity to build competence in all facets of content and production projects, including but not limited to integrated communications, motion, photography, ecom, social, OOH, and digital production.
As a Production Coordinator, you support more senior members of the Hogarth Studios Producer team to execute their projects that deliver over and beyond, and that add real value to our client partners.
You also have hands-on input into smaller scale projects, contributing from start to delivery, with guidance from more senior Producers.
The Production Coordinator is responsible for contributing to day-to-day production workflows, building awareness on the how and why that the workflows are adhered to, defined, and communicated, with a focus on administrative tasks across production and finance systems.
With an understanding of content and advertising production processes, you will be motivated, results orientated and be confident in using good judgement in all decisions and actions and is committed to delivering on all tasks that have been delegated to you.
Working with a team of industry experts, the role represents a great opportunity for an aspiring production assistant or coordinator to gain hands-on experience in a high-end environment, with exposure to experienced mentors.
WHAT YOU'LL DOYou'll be responsible for supporting the Producer Team in relation to project documentation, including creation of supplier records, purchase orders, estimates, project schedules and resourcing, as well as co-ordinating Material Instructions for all projects across the team.
You'll have direct exposure to small and medium-sized productions across all forms of media including motion, social, print and digital; with production knowledge at a beginner level, you'll be able to understand and interpret technical production terminology, techniques, and processes.
In terms of process support, you'll respond in a timely fashion to requests from internal and external stakeholders in regards to all aspects of project delivery (costs, timings, quality of output, change requests, risks, etc.
)
