An exciting role has become available for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the White Fox family.
Meet The Team: CLICK HERE Key Responsibilities Monitoring the critical path and liaising daily with offshore factories to ensure deadlines are met. Assisting the Design & Production Manager with day-to-day running of the department. Working with the design team to deliver and meet deadlines. Ensuring efficient flow of production processes and approval between design and production samples, following up on PPS and photoshoot samples to ensure adherence to tech pack specifications. Working closely with suppliers to produce packaging and labels for all collections. Building & maintaining close working relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders. Coordinating air & LCL freight from suppliers into the warehouse. Liaising and negotiating with factories to approve all garment costings. Managing all factory invoicing for the Production department. What We Are Looking For Degree/qualification in a relevant field (i.e., Fashion, Textiles, Production). Demonstrated experience in a similar Production Specialist or Manager role. Experience in day-to-day production problem solving, issue prevention management, and strategic production planning. Strong relationships with factories and sourcing capabilities with excellent negotiation skills. A natural problem solver who can quickly regroup and come up with a course of action when things don't go to plan. A passion for the overall production manufacturing process and seeing the final product. Garment construction knowledge. Good communication and MS Office computer skills. Organisation and time management skills. Attention to detail. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
