Product Support Advisor - Excavators

The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified HD Fitter to join our team as a Product Support Advisor for Excavator.
This permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company.
Working an 8/6 roster, you will work as part of a team and drive the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet while keeping an impeccable safety record.
Main responsibilities include: Organising and providing feedback on any reliability related issues or concerns regarding the large fleet of Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) mining equipment onsite Providing assistance to Service Personnel and Parts and Service Advisors as required, helping with parts and technical concerns Identify areas for improvement and work with the customer to address any shortcomings Escalate all issues to relevant teams and within a timely manner At all times maintain an open communication and good working relationship with customers, peers and other departments To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant Diesel Mechanic trade qualifications Working knowledge of planning and scheduling with the ability to deliver in tight timeframes Demonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment will be highly regarded Good communication and customer service skills and the ability to build long term relationships Safety focus and abide by site safety processes Benefits We are offering: Permanent Full Time Position in a leading OEM with long term job security Competitive pay rate + company biannual bonuses!
