Long-term contract opportunity Contact center experience Friendly & Energetic Environment About the role: The PO will be responsible for ensuring a streamlined and optimal end-to-end experience across all service access points, including IVR systems, websites, and chatbots.
This role ensures that customer inquiries are routed effectively leveraging self-service options when possible and directing unresolved inquiries to the most appropriately skilled team members for resolution, as well as building state of the art support tooling such as Workforce planning and Quality Management.
You will be an expert in best of breed contact centre management and tooling and understand how to optimise technology to reduce manual effort in support functions as well as experience in optimising channel for agents.
