Opportunity to work in a growing team to scale up the new Ways of WorkingPermanent roleShowcase your experience with IT InfrastructureAbout the role Representing the voice of the customer, in business product ownership and business functionality to be delivered across products and/or systems as part of a change initiative.Own and manage the Product Backlog to fit within the agreed schedule, budget and priorities.Provide guidance to the Scrum teams on product-related decisions, key features and capabilities in line with the product vision set by senior stakeholders.Own continuous improvement initiatives.Establish a culture of knowledge sharing to provide a deeper understanding of the requirements, processes, systems and system integration needs.Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals while supporting compliance with related legislation, policies and standards.Ensure new system enhancements, changes and upgrades meet business requirements and agreed quality criteria.About you Demonstrated experience taking responsibility to meet required business outcomes with excellent attention to detail.Knowledge of systems, databases, and tools is highly desirable.Ability to seek out and drive processes improvements.Experience working in Agile teams or leading change initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills and effectiveness in leading a Scrum team.Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.Be More
