About the Role The newly established Home Ecosystem Value Stream under Innovation, Partnerships and Design is building products, services and experiences that will help our customers navigate the challenging process of buying a home to bring to life the vision of helping more Australians save, find, buy and manage their home.
The customer is at the centre of everything that we do in ANZ and Home Ecosystem is no different. We work in cross-functional agile delivery squads, enabling us to build and deliver a suite of highly engaging digital features within ANZ Plus while also having opportunities to build shared capabilities that will support projects across the wider ANZ group.
The Home Ecosystem team has a specific focus on collaborating with key strategic partners across ANZ Group to help millions of Australians achieve their property goals. These partners operate across a range of sectors covering Property Technology, Merchant Funded Offers and Artificial Intelligence just to name a few and we will continue to incorporate more partners that can help us solve customer problems.

Work Hours: Full time What could your day look like? Own the roadmap and provide the shared clarity, vision and inspiration to your squad and stakeholders to co-create beautiful, seamless digital experiences that improve the financial wellbeing of our customers.
Own the roadmap and provide clarity, vision and inspiration to your squad and stakeholders. Aid the creation, prioritisation and sequencing of the features backlog and their release. Test and learn, utilising data and feedback to continually improve the proposition. Champion our design principles and amplify the voice of the customer. Contribute to a robust culture where everyone pitches in. Work closely with risk/legal partners, agile delivery leads, the broader ANZ financial well-being team and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive, safe and compliant experiences for our customers. What will you bring? Expertise as a digital product owner or product manager. You have built new features in web applications, working directly with engineers in a fast releasing, complex environment.
Experience building and running consumer-facing digital experiences demonstrated through a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Desire to push ideas and encourage your peers to do the same. Critical thinking is your strong point. A natural engager and influencer of stakeholders, this role will see you working with many squads and stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes. Successfully shipped features iteratively, at scale, in a complex environment. Experience with agile ways of working through tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma and Slack as well as a solid understanding of banking and financial wellbeing is highly regarded. So why join us?
