We are seeking a Product Director to shape the future and develop new and enhanced product ideas that achieve solid commercial results while benefiting the Victorian community.

What You'll Do: Drive Innovation: Oversee the entire product and service portfolio, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring products and services are fit for purpose for a modern Vic Roads.
Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and market opportunities.
Strategic Influence: Effectively communicate product roadmaps, plans, highlighting the best path forward while managing stakeholder expectations.
Boost Performance: Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics while defining competitive positioning to ensure our products are fit for purpose.
Team Leadership: Inspire a talented product team and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across the organisation and industry.
What You Bring: 5-10 years of experience leading product functions , preferably in transformation environments, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Communication: A charismatic communicator with the ability to transform complex concepts into compelling narratives, and a pro at collaborating within cross-functional teams.
Strategic Acumen: A strategic mindset combined with outstanding commercial insight and project management skills.
