This is a 12-month contract opportunity. What you'll do Lead the design and documentation of new Motor insurance productsTake a product initiative from the Digital Insurer product pipeline and design how the product is structured and how it is experienced by our customersTake a customer focused approach and validate ideas through customer research, testing, and analysisWork closely with and manage both internal and external stakeholders to design solutions that meet the needs of both customers and the businessCreate and communicate analysis to justify design from a desirability, viability, and feasibility point of viewActively collaborate across the Consumer team and Digital Insurer program stakeholders including Portfolio, Pricing, Distribution, Claims, and external partners What you'll bring Demonstrated experience in product design, development and innovationBackground within Insurance Suncorp Group is all about making a difference for people and in the communities, they call home.
