Previous experience within a senior level HR Business Partner position Ability to support and/or lead the delivery of key people strategies and programs to uplift performance and enable the achievement of key business priorities Work in an agile and flexible manner by leading and driving positive outcomes within a matrix team environment Develop, lead and implement business readiness plans, change management and transformation activities Strong Employee/Industrial Relations background/knowledge in legislation, frameworks and processes and their practical application Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
