$5,418 - $5,726About the roleAs a principal lawyer in the Family Law Team, you will lead the service delivery of:Family law duty lawyer servicesThe Family Advocacy and Support Service (FASS)Child support servicesA principal lawyer at LAQ provides strategic representation including early intervention and alternate dispute resolution. You will be preparing cases in family law matters, while supervising the legal work of, identifying training needs, training, and guiding staff within the team.You will assist in managing budget and resource allocation including the provision of human resource and operational planning, identifying training needs, guiding and mentoring staff to achieve excellence in a collegiate and collaborative team environment.
