The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and talented Principal ESD Consultant to join their team in Perth to work on the design of some of the most exciting projects in Australia.
As part of their established multidisciplinary team and working closely with colleagues across multiple offices, you will inspire, analyse, report, model and document ESD projects and liaise with clients to expand the ESD project portfolio.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role working in ESD consulting in the built environment.
You will be looking to take the next step in your career and increase your client exposure, job management, and leadership qualities.
You will work on and manage projects of all sizes, including financial performance, client liaison, resource coordination, technical excellence, and QA and provide guidance and direction to other team members.
With support from the management team, you will positively contribute to developing the company's capabilities, people, and business and setting your own career goals.
Your work will span all sectors and potentially offer a high degree of autonomy and ability to influence, and in some cases lead, their national capabilities and processes based on the level of experience already gained in the industry.
The Skills Educated to degree level or above in Engineering, the Built Environment, Sustainability, or a related area, you will have gained significant and broad-ranging experience in an ESD Consulting role.
You will have experience with ESD strategy setting, environmental rating tools (including Green Star & WELL), building physics and regulatory compliance.
You can coordinate workload, and resourcing, manage major projects and task delivery and provide guidance to graduate and consultant-level team members.
You will be innovative, passionate, responsible, and committed.
This role's collaborative and client-focused nature makes excellent interpersonal skills and experience in using your initiative to overcome challenges essential.
