Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Government - State (Government & Defence)The role:The Cyber Security Program requires a Principal Business Analyst to lead, manage and undertake the review, gap and impact analysis, documentation of current state and future state business processes, services and roles and lead the establishment of the new service, including support and transition to business-as-usual within a large and complex Information Management (IM)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment, ensuring the delivery of valued, integrated and effective business solutions to program/project(s).The role is focused on the Identity & Access Management projects within the Program.Identity Access Management is a critical part of any digital landscape. It lays the foundation for users and customers to access and use digital services securely without compromising the security of these systems. It also aims to transform manual, complex, high-overhead tasks into automated processes.Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities within IM/ICT projects preferably in the health care industry.You will also have proven experience leading business process modelling activities for large organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). A high level of knowledge of and the ability to provide advice on the application of appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies and tools preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 3.0 (BABOK) is essential.You will have the proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders including mentoring other business analysts within the organisation.
