Transport and Main Roads (Organisation site ) Smart Service Qld; Service Delivery & Operations; Queensland Government Customer & Digital Group; Brisbane The Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group (QGCDG) is focussed on growing a thriving digital economy in Queensland, and enabling more responsive, simple and effective services for all Queenslanders. We provide strategic and policy leadership for Queensland Government in the areas of digital, customer experience, and government service delivery. We also support agencies with design management, capability development, corporate shared services, and customer service channels. Smart Service Queensland (SSQ) is the primary contact point for customers to access Queensland Government services, delivering over 260 services on behalf of the Queensland Government through multiple channels including phone, counter and online. Key responsibilities include: • Research, assess and critically analyse information gathered through a range of elicitation techniques. • Facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders. • Develop requirements (functional and non-functional) for new business opportunities and prepare the relevant documentation according to business analysis principles. • Undertake business process improvement analysis through the utilisation of relevant standard tools and techniques to successfully contribute to business transformation. • Research, analyse and review complex issues, proposals and submissions to ensure that service delivery and financial issues and other related issues are taken into account. • Facilitate effective communication between the relevant business units, technology teams and support teams to ensure that business solutions are aligned with business objectives. • Identify business improvement opportunities through strategic and financial analysis and develop business cases to support business objectives. • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships and consult at both an individual and a cross-agency level. • Liaise and negotiate with senior management, to ensure recommended solutions are aligned with SSQ strategic plan.
