Presentation Service Team Leader - Full Time Reporting directly to the Presentation Services Supervisor, this hands-on role is actively assisting in maintaining total venue cleanliness and presentation, projecting a friendly and professional image to our guests.
Leading a team, and conducting the vast majority of cleaning in-house, the duties extend across all venue areas, including the main arena, front of house, back of house, corporate function rooms, bathroom amenities, and office spaces.
About Role Lead and work alongside casual staff to carry out key tasks, including day to day cleaning, periodic maintenance cleaning, pre-event, during event and post-event cleaning.
Champion the arena's Waste Management diversion programme Monitor the use of consumables and replenish as required.
Maintain stock, plant and equipment to a high standard.
Ensure all Occupational Health and Safety processes are observed and followed, reinforcing the safety culture of "Safety – first, last and always" About You Have experience working within and supervising a commercial cleaning team, preferably in a similar multiple facet environment.
Be a professional who leads by example to create a harmonious working environment.
Have a sound knowledge of Chemicals and cleaning equipment Excellent organisational skills The ability to problem solve and think ahead The ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
The flexibility to work in line with our event schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
